Voice Message -'Please check the universal Nose Wheel - Voice Error'

Problem: A Voice Message ' Please check the Universal Nose Wheel'.

Reason: Nose wheel is the free 360° rotating wheel to maintain the balance and give right directions to robotic cleaners. 

Solution:- Here are the steps:

  1. Please Turn off the Machine and put it upside down
  2. Remove the nose wheel as shown in video below
  3. Remove all  hair, threads from the wheel.
  4. Plug it back and start the machine.
