Problem: V80 machine initiate from docking station, starts & run few steps, then come back and stops.

Reason: There are 11 sensors under each ILIFE vacuum cleaner that helps it to navigate to different direction or detects stairs to move back. During dust cleaning, sometime a Dust stuck on any of the sensor & it senses it to be stair & Move back.

Solution:-  Please Turn off the Machine and put it upside down, as shown in video

● Take a clean dry cloth and try to clean all sensors to remove any dust or any mark on it.       

● Start the machine and it works.
